Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy, return your item within 90 days for a full refund. (Return shipping costs are not refundable.)
How do I return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping and related costs.
What if my item arrives damaged, wrong, or defective?

How long does a refund take?

Yes, we ship to over 160 countries. If we can’t ship to your location, we’ll let you know and give a full refund.

What does ‘Unfulfilled’ mean on my order?
It means we got your order and are preparing it. Once it ships, the status will change to ‘Fulfilled,’ and you’ll get a tracking number by email.
